Community & Leisure

Proposals for the regeneration of Adastral Park and surrounding land will create a new living-and-working community with its own needs.  The proposals submitted by BT make provision for comprehensive new infrastructure, services and facilities to serve the new community, including:

• A new primary school, as well as financial provision to help existing secondary schools in the area provide for new pupils
• A health centre
• A community hall
• Local shops, cafés, restaurants and a public house
• A large central park including the opportunity for an open air amphitheatre for public performances
• Sports pitches and play areas
